Book Summary (Per Goodreads)
In Christian's own words, and through his thoughts, reflections, and dreams, E L James offers a fresh perspective on the love story that has enthralled millions of readers around the world.

Christian Grey exercises control in all things; his world is neat, disciplined, and utterly empty—until the day that Anastasia Steele falls into his office, in a tangle of shapely limbs and tumbling brown hair. He tries to forget her, but instead is swept up in a storm of emotion he cannot comprehend and cannot resist. Unlike any woman he has known before, shy, unworldly Ana seems to see right through him—past the business prodigy and the penthouse lifestyle to Christian’s cold, wounded heart.

Will being with Ana dispel the horrors of his childhood that haunt Christian every night? Or will his dark sexual desires, his compulsion to control, and the self-loathing that fills his soul drive this girl away and destroy the fragile hope she offers him?

This book is intended for mature audiences.

My Thoughts
I enjoyed this book.  In fact I think I enjoyed it more than the initial 50 shades book, but at times I felt it was not really giving me his point of view rather just sharing the same scenes that initially took place between Ana and Christian.  I know some of that would be necessary, but I thought it would discuss more of his emotions, not his just meetings and phone interactions from other family and Mrs.Robinson.  Don't get me wrong I enjoyed learning about those interactions and what emotions or thoughts we did get, but I just hope to see more as we continue reading from Christian's Point of View.  Now if you are hoping for more background and not as many sex scenes..stop..there is plenty of sex scenes and they are steamy.  This story delves a little bit more into the background with his previous subs and the events between Ana and him.

I read some reviews where people did not like the writing style, said it was not good, etc., but I would disagree.  I thought the writing style was easy to follow, it kept me engaged from cover to cover, I didn't want it to end and that I can't wait to see the next books to show his point of view for the rest of the story!
