Book Summary (per Goodreads)
**The complete dark erotic Filthy Serial Novel with an epilogue and bonus material**

She runs from darkness
Into more of the same.
She runs to darkness,
She can never stay away.

Faye Turner is a nineteen-year-old homeless prostitute addicted to cocaine.

Her life is simple, bouncing from one high to the next, bent over greasy truck seats for faceless men. But everything changes when Rhett Hale comes back into her life. Her devilishly handsome step-brother brings life-changing news and a special kind of hate reserved only for Faye. But all the hate in the world can’t hide Rhett’s lust for her.

He wants something wild. Something filthy.

And Faye is tempted to give him just that.

But nothing is simple. Rhett isn't the only part of her past that comes back.
Faye can't run.
She can't hide.
She becomes twined up in the razor sharp lies she fought so hard to get away from.

But lies only bloody the path to the truth.

My Thoughts
Quite simply this series was fantastic.  It was dark.  It was erotic.  However, it was also so much more than just an erotic romance.  It showed emotions, the plot was well developed and I thought genius in how the details were delivered to the readers.  I found the approach to the emotions and the discussion of morals and events very raw.  This is probably a large part of why I found this story so captivating.  The characters were loveable, irritating, heartbreaking and frustrating throughout the book.  She showed the good, the bad and the oh so deeply ugly in this story of family, love, abuse, growth, justice and more.

It is a story that shows everyone has their times of strength and their times of weakness.  The bonus material is some of what I think about the most when I reflect on this story.  I love how the stories changed and how the story truly ends after all the bonus material.  Megan Martin has other books beyond this series and I cannot wait to try them out as well.  While not necessarily the genre I gravitate to the most frequently I enjoyed reading this story greatly.
