My Thoughts
This series is always so good! This story, 28th in the series, was strong in its writing style, character development and plot, but what I enjoyed is it also tied back to other stories with the use of certain names and gave some foreshadowing about upcoming stories with a favorite character of mine! Another thing I love about this book and series is that the woman is always strong. Yes it is a romance and yes there will be a hurdle that the couple has to overcome, but it is not the stereotypical damsel in distress type of story. No in this story Teagan is strong, independent and helps save the day.
If you like your stories to have a lot of romance and steamy scenes you will love this story, series and author. If you are looking for a clean romance, you can try this book out because the storyline is really good, but you will need to be prepared to skip some pages. I enjoyed this book, the writing and the characters (though they are not my favorite dark couple) and I can't wait for the next in the series!
